Due to technical reasons, I had to move my website and decided to give it a try with Plone, the Zope content management system. It was worth it, so far. Below are some notes that I took during the migration and setup of Plone. The basic constellation is the following:

• Plone 4
• collective.blog.star for the blogging part
• Diazo for theming
• collective.flowplayer for multimedia integration
• Dexterity for custom types

The Openair Hohen Rätien festival is a class of its own - and is still getting better every year! Big kudos to the organizers for making this event possible!

I was given the great chance to take part of one of the famous Les Houches (France) summer schools. Fantastic atmosphere, top lectures and lecturers, and great people!
